V Ljubljanski starome\u0161\u010danski zgradbi je biro Prostornina zasnoval projekt prenove stanovanja za naro\u010dnika, ki imata rada umetnost, glasbo, literaturo in si svoj dom delita s kar tremi mucami. Stanovanje ima zna\u010dilne visoke stropove in veliko debelih, nosilnih sten z in\u0161talacijami. Ve\u010djih posegov v tlorisno zasnovo stanovanja tako ni bilo mogo\u010de izvesti, arhitektke za notranjo opremo<\/a> so zgolj spremenili razporeditev in namembnost prostorov.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Prenova je obsegala tudi zamenjavo tlakov, radiatorsko ogrevanje bo zamenjalo talno gretje. V nekaterih prostorih se je delno spustilo tudi strop, tako da se je pridobilo prostor za napeljavo vgradne razsvetljave in drugih in\u0161talacij. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Glavno vodilo pri na\u010drtovanju notranje opreme je bilo upo\u0161tevanje naro\u010dnikove \u017eelje po funkcionalnem in toplem domu. Notranja oprema stanovanja je moderna, bogati podboji, stropne rozete, stenske \u0161tukature in mogo\u010dni lestenec v jedilnici pa v prostor vna\u0161ajo starome\u0161\u010danski pridih. Prevladujejo mehke oblike, svetli in topli barvni toni razli\u010dnih odtenkov be\u017e, bele in sive barve ter detajli iz \u010drne kovine. Tla so oblo\u017eena z ve\u010dno elegantnim hrastovim parketom polo\u017eenim v vzorec \u201cchevron\u201d ribje kosti.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

BIVALNI PROSTORI<\/span><\/h2>

Notranja oprema kuhinje<\/a> je svetla in funkcionalna. Pult je narejen iz odpornega tehni\u010dnega kamna \u201cSilestone Et Calacatta Gold\u201d, fronte omar pa so iz toplega lesa in svetlih rezkanih MDF plo\u0161\u010d. Fronte omar v dnevni sobi so rezkane v vzorcu ribje kosti, police pa krasijo umetni\u0161ka dela in knjige, ki so last naro\u010dnikov. Televizija je spretno skrita za sliko. Elektri\u010dni kamin je center prostora in v stanovanju ustvarja prijetno doma\u010de vzdu\u0161je. Pod oknom so razstavljeni glasbeni in\u0161trumenti in gramofon, audio sistem in obse\u017ena zbirka plo\u0161\u010d pa so skrbno spravljeni v leseni omarici. Za steklenimi vrati se skriva \u0161e manj\u0161a pisarna z doma\u010do knji\u017enico.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Notranje oblikovanje<\/a> je eleganten in udoben, hkrati pa prijazen tudi do \u0161tirino\u017enih prebivalcev. Velik poudarek pri na\u010drtovanju notranje opreme je bil na prilagoditvi prostorov za \u017eivljenje muck. Na stenah so tako ume\u0161\u010dene razli\u010dne poli\u010dke za plezanje in igranje, praskalnik za praskanje krempljev, nad sede\u017eno garnituro je poli\u010dka za skrivanje, izbrani tekstil pa je trpe\u017een in odporen na ma\u010dje kremplje. Zavese so zgolj v spalnici, kamor muce nimajo vstopa, ma\u010dji WC pa je skrit v omari na hodniku.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
